Product overview
Ampoule production requires filling and sealing to operate as one coordinated process. If the ampoule movement, filling station and sealing section are not properly synchronized, production efficiency and handling quality can be affected.
The Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine integrates both operations within a single production system. Ampoules are transported through the machine, filled through multiple filling heads and subsequently transferred to the sealing section without requiring a separate filling and sealing machine.
Technogen Enterprise is a Manufacturer and Supplier of Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine equipment for Tanzania, with configurations of 4, 6 and 8 filling heads to suit different pharmaceutical production capacities.
The machine incorporates a No Ampoule–No Filling system, preventing liquid discharge when an ampoule is absent from the filling position.
Another important process feature is the provision for Pre-Gassing and Post-Gassing, allowing the filling sequence to accommodate pharmaceutical applications where gas flushing is required before or after liquid filling.
Product-contact components are manufactured from AISI 316L Stainless Steel, while the machine frame is constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel.
Diving filling nozzles enter the ampoule during filling, helping control foaming, splashing and product spillage.
After filling, ampoules move into the sealing unit, which incorporates a draw-jaw sealing arrangement. Once sealing is completed, a pusher mechanism transfers the sealed ampoules into the collection tray.
Standard technical configurations cover 1 ml to 10 ml ampoules, while the machine can accommodate filling up to 20 ml with minimum change parts.
The machine range provides production outputs from approximately 60 to 160 ampoules per minute, depending upon the selected configuration and ampoule diameter.
For pharmaceutical manufacturers in Tanzania, the combined filling-and-sealing architecture reduces intermediate handling and keeps both critical operations synchronized within the same machine.
Working principle
Empty ampoules are introduced through the machine's in-feed tray system.
The transportation mechanism moves the ampoules towards the filling section and positions them beneath the required filling heads.
When ampoules are correctly positioned, the filling nozzles descend into the containers.
The No Ampoule–No Filling system verifies container presence before liquid is dispensed.
Where required, the machine can incorporate a Pre-Gassing stage before the filling operation.
The required quantity of liquid is then filled into each ampoule through the diving nozzles.
The diving-nozzle arrangement helps reduce foaming, splashing and liquid loss during filling.
A Post-Gassing stage can also be incorporated after filling where required by the production process.
Filled ampoules are then transported to the sealing section.
The sealing unit uses a draw-jaw sealing mechanism to complete the ampoule sealing operation.
After sealing, a pusher mechanism transfers the finished ampoules into the out-feed collection tray.
A synchronized induction gear motor and worm gearbox coordinate the filling, sealing and ampoule-transport mechanisms throughout operation.

Ampoule Filling And Sealing Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Ampoule Filling And Sealing Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Automatic pharmaceutical machine combining accurate liquid filling and ampoule sealing in one synchronized process, available with 4, 6 and 8 filling heads for outputs up to 160 ampoules per minute. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
The dosing method is selected from the product behaviour and required fill range. Viscosity, density, foaming, suspended particles, powder flow or dosage form can influence the hopper, pump, auger, nozzle and container-handling arrangement. Product trials or representative samples reduce uncertainty before configuration.
Planning the complete production line
Tanzanian manufacturers should also define the container infeed, closure process, cleaning expectation and downstream labelling or secondary packaging. Reviewing these interfaces together helps establish a balanced line and prevents one machine from limiting the practical output of the complete process.
Information required for machine selection
- Product viscosity, density, foaming behaviour and suspended particles
- Minimum and maximum fill quantity with acceptable tolerance
- Container material, dimensions, neck opening and target output
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
