Product overview
Consistent screw-cap torque is critical where every container must be closed with repeatable tightening force. The Automatic Single Head Servo Torque Screw Capping Machine combines servo-controlled torque technology with pneumatic bottle handling to provide accurate, controlled and repeatable screw capping.
Technogen Enterprise is a Manufacturer and Supplier of Automatic Single Head Servo Torque Screw Capping Machine solutions for Tanzania, serving pharmaceutical, distillery, brewery, cosmetics, toiletries, food, edible oil, lubricant, pesticide, agrochemical and mineral-water packaging requirements.
The machine provides an output of up to 30 bottles per minute and uses a single servo-driven pneumatic capping head. Servo torque control helps reduce the risk of both over-tightening and under-tightening while providing consistent closure application across production batches.
A pneumatic bottle-holding assembly stabilizes the container during the capping cycle. The machine accommodates round, square and triangular containers, while its flexible design requires no change parts for different compatible bottle sizes.
Container diameters from 22 mm to 100 mm and heights from 15 mm to 100 mm can be handled. Compatible screw caps range from 22 mm to 56 mm diameter and 15 mm to 18.3 mm height.
The machine incorporates a PLC-HMI interface for operating control and parameter setting. Cap presence is monitored by a background suppression sensor, while the No Bottle–No Cap system prevents unnecessary cap application when a container is absent.
Several automatic cap-feeding arrangements can be integrated according to closure geometry, including a Vibrator Feeder, Mechanical Orientator or Cap Feeder Elevator.
For manufacturers in Tanzania that require greater control over screw-cap torque, particularly where closure consistency and repeatability are important, this single-head servo solution provides a compact alternative to conventional mechanically adjusted capping systems.
Working principle
Containers travel from left to right through the machine and are positioned at the single capping station.
A pneumatic bottle-holding assembly stabilizes the bottle during the tightening cycle so that the container remains properly positioned beneath the capping head.
Caps are supplied through the selected automatic cap-feeding arrangement. A background suppression sensor monitors cap availability, while the No Bottle–No Cap system prevents the capping sequence from operating without a container.
Once the bottle and screw cap are correctly positioned, the pneumatic jaw-type capping head driven by a servo motor engages the closure.
The servo system controls tightening torque during the capping process, allowing the cap to be tightened to the required setting with improved repeatability.
After the capping cycle is completed, the bottle is released and transferred towards the next stage of the production line.
The PLC-HMI provides the operator with access to machine operation and parameter settings, while production counting supports batch monitoring.

Applications & industries
The Automatic Single Head Servo Torque Screw Capping Machine is designed for packaging applications where controlled screw-cap tightening and repeatable torque are required.
It is suitable for manufacturers in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, distillery, brewery, cosmetics, toiletries, personal care, lubricant, edible oil, pesticide, agrochemical and mineral-water industries.
Typical applications include pharmaceutical syrups and oral liquids, spirits and specialty beverages, shampoos and lotions, edible and industrial oils, agrochemical products, sauces and liquid foods, and screw-capped water bottles.
Its ability to handle round, square and triangular containers makes the machine useful for Tanzania production facilities packing multiple product formats.
The machine is particularly relevant where a conventional screw-capping system may not provide the level of torque consistency required for the closure application.

Automatic Single Head Servo Torque Screw Capping Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Automatic Single Head Servo Torque Screw Capping Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Precision servo torque screw capping machine for automatic tightening of compatible screw caps, combining pneumatic bottle holding, PLC-HMI control and accurate torque management for production lines in Tanzania. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
Closure quality depends on the relationship between the bottle neck, cap geometry, feeding method and tightening or crimping action. Samples are used to confirm container support, cap presentation and the correct head or tooling so that closures are applied consistently without avoidable bottle damage or line stoppages.
Planning the complete production line
A complete Tanzanian packaging line may connect this capper with bottle feeding, liquid or powder filling, induction or foil sealing, labelling, coding and accumulation. The upstream delivery rate, conveyor height, container stability and downstream inspection requirement should be reviewed together before the final layout is approved.
Information required for machine selection
- Bottle and closure samples with dimensional drawings
- Closure application method, torque or crimping requirement
- Cap feeding, container stability and upstream line speed
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
