Working principle
Tablets, capsules or other compatible solid products are first loaded into the machine hopper.
From the hopper, the product moves into the electrically operated vibrating feeding system, which controls feeding towards the product chute.
Individual tablets or capsules travel vertically through the chute and are positioned between two layers of heat-sealable film.
The films pass through the sealing section where heated sealing rollers bring the two layers together around the product.
The sealing rollers are provided with precision knurling, helping form a consistent sealed strip while the digital temperature controller maintains the required sealing condition for the selected packaging material.
Once sealing is complete, the continuous strip moves towards the cutting section.
Horizontal cutting is carried out through a knife mechanism, while vertical cutting divides the web into the required strip format.
Batch coding is incorporated within the automatic process so that feeding, sealing, coding, slitting and cutting can operate as a coordinated packaging sequence.
