Product overview
Technogen Enterprise is an Induction Cap Sealing Machine Manufacturer and Supplier for Tanzania, offering an advanced air-cooled range designed for continuous bottle packaging lines. The machine is installed after the capping unit and performs the sealing operation while capped bottles move continuously beneath the induction sealing head.
The TGAICS series is available in three models: TGAICS-50BR, TGAICS-80BR and TGAICS-100BR. These models cover low-, medium- and higher-speed production requirements, with stated outputs ranging from 10 to 90 bottles per minute, depending on the selected model and bottle neck diameter.
The Induction Cap Sealing Machine uses a non-contact electromagnetic heating process. As the capped bottle travels below the induction sealing head, electromagnetic heating provides the sealing action without mechanical contact between the sealing head and the bottle.
The sealing head is positioned above the conveyor and can be adjusted vertically from 0 to 300 mm according to bottle size. Both Tunnel Type and Broad Type Heads are available within the specified machine configuration.
Heating conditions are controlled through the machine control system and can be adjusted according to the bottle diameter and required line speed. The machine incorporates a compact PLC-HMI, current controller and Variable Frequency Drive for speed adjustment.
The induction sealing head assembly incorporates a condenser, output transformer and cooling fan, providing an air-cooled sealing arrangement suitable for continuous production.
The machine is constructed in Stainless Steel 304 and designed with a compact footprint for integration into existing packaging lines.
For manufacturing and packaging operations serving the Tanzania market, including buyers in Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha and Mbeya, model selection should be based on the actual bottle neck diameter, required production speed and available production-line space.
Working principle
The Induction Cap Sealing Machine operates continuously after the bottle capping process.
A bottle is first closed with its required cap and then transferred towards the induction sealing unit through the conveyor. The induction sealing head is positioned above the bottle path and adjusted according to bottle height.
As the capped bottle passes beneath the sealing head, the machine generates non-contact electromagnetic heating action. The sealing head does not mechanically press against the bottle during this process.
Heating conditions are controlled through the machine control system. Heating time can be adjusted according to the required sealing speed, while the operating settings are established in relation to conveyor speed and bottle diameter.
The induction sealing head incorporates a condenser, output transformer and cooling fan. The machine uses an air-cooled arrangement for continuous online operation.
After passing through the sealing zone, the bottle continues along the conveyor towards the next stage of the production line.
This configuration allows Tanzania manufacturers to integrate induction sealing directly after bottle capping without creating a separate batch sealing operation.

Applications & industries
The Induction Cap Sealing Machine is designed for continuous online sealing of compatible capped bottles after the capping operation. It is suitable for production lines requiring a non-contact electromagnetic sealing process.
The appropriate model depends on the required conveyor speed, bottle neck diameter and sealing-head arrangement. The available machine range covers specified bottle neck diameters of 20–60 mm and 60–100 mm.
For Tanzania production facilities, the machine can be integrated into an existing bottle packaging line where capped bottles require continuous induction sealing before proceeding to the next packaging stage.
No specific industry categories have been added because they were not provided in the source machine data.

Induction Cap Sealing Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Induction Cap Sealing Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Technogen Enterprise is an Induction Cap Sealing Machine Manufacturer and Supplier serving Tanzania, offering air-cooled online sealing systems in three models for continuous bottle packaging lines. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
Seal performance is governed by the packaging material, container or product dimensions, temperature response, dwell time and line speed. Compatibility samples are important because the correct heating, pressure, film or foil arrangement varies with the pack being produced.
Planning the complete production line
The equipment should be considered with the preceding filling or capping stage and the following inspection, coding or secondary-packaging operation. Tanzania projects also need to confirm utilities, ambient conditions and operator access around the sealing zone before the final system is selected.
Information required for machine selection
- Container or pack material and dimensional samples
- Seal medium, closure or film construction
- Required output, utilities and upstream/downstream interfaces
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
