Product overview
A water bottling line becomes significantly simpler when rinsing, filling and capping are synchronized within one machine instead of being handled by three independent units.
The Rinsing Filling Capping Water Bottle Machine integrates these three operations into one coordinated packaging process.
Technogen Enterprise serves water bottling and mineral water plants as a Manufacturer and Supplier of Rinsing Filling Capping Water Bottle Machine systems for Tanzania, offering production configurations from 24 to 90 bottles per minute for 1000 ml bottles.
Bottle handling uses a rotary neck-holding principle, maintaining controlled container positioning as bottles pass through rinsing, filling and capping.
An air-blow conveyor transfers bottles into the machine from the in-feed side.
The operating logic incorporates No Bottle–No Rinse–No Fill–No Cap, ensuring that the corresponding packaging operation is performed only when a bottle is available in the relevant machine position.
After rinsing, bottles move to the filling station where water is dispensed with stated filling accuracy of ±1%.
The filled bottles subsequently enter the screw-capping section. Caps are automatically supplied through a vibrator feeder and chute before being placed onto the bottles using a pick-and-place mechanism.
Magnetic hysteresis capping heads complete the screw-capping operation.
The range accommodates water bottles from 100 ml to 1000 ml and is available with different numbers of rinsing, filling and capping heads according to required production capacity.
For Tanzania mineral-water and packaged-water producers, the monoblock arrangement reduces product transfers between separate machines and provides a direct route from empty bottle in-feed to rinsed, filled and capped bottle discharge.
Working principle
- Empty water bottles enter the machine through the air-blow in-feed conveyor.
- The rotary neck-holding system captures and transports the bottles towards the rinsing section.
- Bottles are rinsed before moving automatically towards the filling station.
- The machine confirms bottle presence through the No Bottle–No Rinse–No Fill–No Cap system.
- At the filling section, the required quantity of water is dispensed into each container.
- The filled bottle moves towards the screw-capping station.
- Caps stored in the vibrator feeder are oriented and transferred through the chute.
- The pick-and-place mechanism positions the cap on the bottle neck.
- Magnetic hysteresis capping heads complete screw tightening.
- The capped bottles are discharged towards compatible downstream packaging equipment such as a shrink tunnel, labeling machine or inkjet printer.
- Machine speed can be adjusted using the Variable Frequency Drive.

Applications & industries
The Rinsing Filling Capping Water Bottle Machine is developed specifically for:
- Packaged drinking water production.
- Mineral water bottling plants.
- Water bottle rinsing.
- Automatic water bottle filling.
- Automatic screw capping.
- Integrated water packaging lines.
The machine handles bottle capacities from 100 ml to 1000 ml, while the technical production outputs are specified on the basis of 1000 ml bottles.
It can be integrated with downstream shrink-wrapping, labeling and coding systems to create a more complete water-bottling line.
For Tanzania water bottling operations, five machine capacities allow the monoblock to be selected according to the targeted production output.

Rinsing Filling Capping (RFC) Water Bottle Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Rinsing Filling Capping (RFC) Water Bottle Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Automatic monoblock water bottling system combining bottle rinsing, accurate water filling and screw capping, with production configurations from 24 to 90 bottles per minute for 1-litre bottles. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
The dosing method is selected from the product behaviour and required fill range. Viscosity, density, foaming, suspended particles, powder flow or dosage form can influence the hopper, pump, auger, nozzle and container-handling arrangement. Product trials or representative samples reduce uncertainty before configuration.
Planning the complete production line
Tanzanian manufacturers should also define the container infeed, closure process, cleaning expectation and downstream labelling or secondary packaging. Reviewing these interfaces together helps establish a balanced line and prevents one machine from limiting the practical output of the complete process.
Information required for machine selection
- Product viscosity, density, foaming behaviour and suspended particles
- Minimum and maximum fill quantity with acceptable tolerance
- Container material, dimensions, neck opening and target output
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
