Product overview
For lower-volume production, the important question is often not how fast a filler can run, but how consistently it can dispense the required quantity without introducing the complexity of a fully automatic filling line.
The Semi Automatic Bottle Liquid Filling Machine is designed for precisely this type of operation. It combines a mechanically driven volumetric filling system with manual bottle handling, making it suitable where production demand is moderate but fill consistency remains important.
Technogen Enterprise is a Manufacturer and Supplier of Semi Automatic Bottle Liquid Filling Machine equipment for Tanzania, offering a compact double-head system capable of filling from 5 ml to 1000 ml.
The machine works on the volumetric principle. Syringe selection and stroke adjustment determine the quantity of liquid delivered during each filling cycle. Two filling heads allow two bottles to be filled simultaneously.
Production can reach approximately 20 bottles per minute, although actual output depends on operator efficiency, liquid characteristics, bottle-neck diameter and selected fill volume.
Product-contact parts are manufactured from AISI 316L Stainless Steel, while the machine frame uses AISI 304 Stainless Steel for durable, stable operation.
An adjustable nozzle-holder arrangement allows the nozzle stroke and height to be set according to the bottle. This controlled vertical movement helps the nozzle enter and leave the bottle neck smoothly and reduces splashing, side dripping and product loss.
A specially designed non-return valve supports drip-free filling, helping keep both bottles and the machine platform cleaner during operation.
For smaller manufacturers and production units in Tanzania, the semi-automatic format provides an effective step between hand filling and a fully automatic conveyorized filling system.
Working principle
The operator manually positions empty bottles beneath the two filling nozzles.
The mechanically driven volumetric system uses calibrated syringes to draw liquid and discharge the required volume into the bottles.
The filling nozzles move into the bottle neck according to the adjusted nozzle-holder stroke.
As the filling cycle begins, liquid is dispensed through both heads simultaneously.
The nozzle position can be adjusted to suit bottle-neck dimensions and helps reduce splash and spillage during filling.
A non-return valve controls liquid flow and helps prevent dripping after each dosing cycle.
Once filling is complete, the operator removes the filled bottles and places the next pair into position.
Machine speed can be varied through the Variable Frequency Drive according to filling volume, liquid behavior and operator handling requirements.

Semi Automatic Bottle Liquid Filling Machine for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Semi Automatic Bottle Liquid Filling Machine should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. Compact double-head volumetric liquid filler for lower-volume bottle filling, offering controlled dosing from 5 ml to 1000 ml with operator-assisted bottle handling and output up to 20 bottles per minute. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
The dosing method is selected from the product behaviour and required fill range. Viscosity, density, foaming, suspended particles, powder flow or dosage form can influence the hopper, pump, auger, nozzle and container-handling arrangement. Product trials or representative samples reduce uncertainty before configuration.
Planning the complete production line
Tanzanian manufacturers should also define the container infeed, closure process, cleaning expectation and downstream labelling or secondary packaging. Reviewing these interfaces together helps establish a balanced line and prevents one machine from limiting the practical output of the complete process.
Information required for machine selection
- Product viscosity, density, foaming behaviour and suspended particles
- Minimum and maximum fill quantity with acceptable tolerance
- Container material, dimensions, neck opening and target output
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
