Product overview
Particle separation is not simply a matter of passing material through a screen. Efficient sieving requires controlled vibration so that material continuously moves across the mesh while correctly sized particles pass through and oversized particles are discharged separately.
The Vibro Sifter uses a heavy-duty vibratory motor to generate horizontal and vertical movement across the screening surface. This multi-plane action supports separation, grading and filtration of powders, granules, solids and compatible liquid-solid mixtures.
Technogen Enterprise is a Vibro Sifter Manufacturer and Supplier for Tanzania, serving Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetic, Chemical, Mineral and related process industries.
The machine can be configured with single, double or triple decks depending on the number of separation stages required. Product-contact construction is available in SS 304 or SS 316, while customized Mild Steel construction is also identified.
Screening capability extends from approximately 4 mesh to 400 mesh, with overall capacities from 50 to 2000 kg/hour, depending upon machine size, mesh, material characteristics and configuration.
Quick-clamp screen construction facilitates mesh replacement. Depending on application requirements, the unit can be installed on a fixed base or supplied with castor wheels.

Working principle
- Material is fed onto the selected screen deck.
- The flange-mounted vibratory motor generates horizontal and vertical vibrations.
- This vibration produces multi-directional movement across the mesh surface.
- Particles smaller than the selected mesh opening pass through the screen.
- Oversized material continues across the deck towards the discharge outlet.
- Where multiple decks are installed, the material can be separated into several particle-size fractions in one operation.
- For compatible slurry or liquid-solid applications, the same vibratory screening principle separates solids according to the installed mesh.

Vibro Sifter for Tanzania production
For manufacturers in Tanzania, Vibro Sifter should be evaluated against the actual product, pack format, production schedule and operating environment. At Technogen Enterprise, we are a globally recognized manufacturer, supply, and supplier of high-performance Vibro Sifter machines designed to deliver efficient particle separation, uniform sieving, and dust-free processing across various industries. Whether for powders, granules, or slurry-based materials, our Vibro Shifter systems deliver unmatched precision and durability. The selected arrangement must suit both routine output and the changeovers expected during normal production.
Operating and product considerations
Process performance depends on the material characteristics, bulk density, batch size, moisture behaviour and required product-contact finish. Charging, processing and discharge methods are selected to support repeatable batches, practical cleaning and safe operator access for the intended formulation.
Planning the complete production line
For a Tanzanian processing facility, the machine should be reviewed with upstream dispensing or charging and downstream transfer, filling or storage. Available floor space, electrical supply, air, heating, cooling, ventilation and dust-control expectations should be included in the technical discussion.
Information required for machine selection
- Product characteristics, bulk density and batch size
- Product-contact material, finish and cleaning expectation
- Charging, discharge, utilities and integration with adjacent equipment
Enquiries are supported for projects in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro and other Tanzanian industrial locations. The final model, construction, output, documentation and support scope are confirmed in the commercial and technical offer.
